Small Prints (A5, A4, 5x7in & 8x10in etc) will be shipped in sturdy rigid mailers.

Large Prints (A3, 12x18in, 30x40cm and up) will be shipped in a postal tube with the plastic ends taped closed for extra security.

Cards will be shipped in sturdy rigid mailers.

Please note it may take up to two working days for the first status to become available on the order tracking system.

Small Prints (A5, A4, 5x7in & 8x10in etc): We send our small prints via Australia Post. This can take from 1-5 working days.

Large Prints (A3, A2, A1, 12x18in, 30x40cm and up): We send our large prints by Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’. This method can take 5-7 working days* (depending on where you are in this huge country of ours). An Australia Post tracking ID will be supplied when your order is completed. A tracking link will accompany your notification.

Postage Upgrades: We offer an Express Post delivery option for both LARGE and SMALL print sizes. This option will be available as a shipping upgrade at checkout and will increase the cost of postage.

All overseas orders are now printed by our in country print partners (Canada & Asia Pacific are still shipped from our studio in Australia).

Small Prints (A5, A4, 5x7in & 8x10in etc): We send our small prints via Australia Post Airmail. This can take from 7-14 working days*.

Large Prints (A3, A2, A1, 12x18in, 30x40cm and up): Our large prints are shipped using two method that can be elected at checkout.
A) Standard Shipping: This method is untracked and uses the Australia Post Economy shipping method. It can take about 15 working days to arrive*.
B) TRACKED International Shipping: This method allows you (and us) to track the parcel to your door. This is a faster method and uses Australia Posts Starnard (Tracked) system. Please allow 5-10 working days*.

Postage Upgrades: We can arrange a faster option of delivery for both print size categories. Get in touch if you would like to know more. Please note that this would increase the cost of postage..
